Payment made in full day of auction or the Monday Following. Internet bidders will be charged an 18% BUYERS PREMIUM and the amount shipping and handling will cost.  All items bought an auction will be "AS IS" ITEMS MUST BE PAYED FOR 10 DAYS AFTER AUCTION.  AFTER 10 DAYS ITEMS WILL BE PUT IN NEXT AUCTION AND BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REINSERTION FEE AS STATED IN PROXIBIDS TERM AND CONDITIONS.  Shipping will range from 2-4 weeks AFTER PAYMENT OF ITEM.  All items will have insurance for the value of the items won.  RETURN POLICY: If our description of an item is materially incorrect, we will accept return of the item. However, we MUST HAVE NOTIFICATION OF RETURN WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ITEM BY BIDDER, as shown by UPS or USPS tracking data, and the item must be received by us within ten days. Otherwise, all items purchased at auction are final sale – no returns will be accepted under any other circumstances.  THEN the HAMMER PRICE of the item won will be returned back to purchasers account. BUYERS PREMIUM, SHIPPING AND HANDLING WILL NOT BE RETURNED.  CUSTOMER WILL ALLOW 30 DAYS FOR RUTURN OF PAYMENT AFTER ITEM IS BACK IN POSSESSION TO SOUTHEAST REALTY & AUCTION, LLC.  THE STARTING BID ON AN ITEM IS SET TO START THE AUCTIONEER OFF AT A REALISTIC LEVEL OF VALUE.  IT IS NOT A RESERVE PRICE AND ITEMS WILL NOT BE SOLD IF ITEM IS NOT AT REASONABLE MARKET VALUE.  ALL STARTING PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
